Strengthening India–Uzbekistan cooperation through investment, infrastructure and innovation

ProGrow International, under the leadership of Dr. Rashmi Saluja, and UNICAP (United Innovation Capital), founded by Dmitrii Sadykov-Kadyrov, are deepening their partnership to build a long-term platform for cooperation between India and Uzbekistan across investment, infrastructure, technology and sustainable development.

The partnership reflects a shared commitment to bringing together international capital, technological capabilities, project-development expertise and strong local partnerships to support projects that contribute to Uzbekistan’s long-term economic and infrastructure priorities.

Water infrastructure is among the first major areas being taken forward under this collaboration. The initiative seeks to combine global expertise, investment and technology with local capabilities to strengthen critical water infrastructure and contribute to sustainable regional development across Uzbekistan.

The relationship between ProGrow and UNICAP has continued to evolve from strategic dialogue towards implementation and deeper institutional cooperation. In July 2026, Dmitrii Sadykov-Kadyrov invited Dr. Rashmi Saluja to serve as President of UNICAP, further strengthening the leadership alignment between the two organisations and creating a stronger foundation for their shared India–Uzbekistan vision.

This closer integration represents an important step towards developing a sustained platform through which opportunities across infrastructure, investment, technology and other strategic sectors can be identified and advanced through international cooperation.
