Dr. Rashmi Saluja, President of the Curling Federation of India and Chairman of ProGrow International, represented India at the World Curling Congress 2026, held in Bratislava, Slovakia.

The Congress brought together representatives from World Curling’s Member Associations from across the world, providing an important platform for dialogue on the development and growth of curling, the exchange of international perspectives, and discussions on matters shaping the sport’s future governance and global trajectory.

Dr. Saluja’s participation at this international forum marks an important step towards strengthening India’s engagement with the global curling community. It reflects her continued commitment to creating greater opportunities for the development of curling in India and to building meaningful institutional relationships with sporting organisations and stakeholders across the world.

India’s growing participation in international sporting forums is not only about representation—it is about creating avenues for knowledge exchange, learning from global best practices, strengthening sporting institutions, and contributing to conversations that influence the future of sport.

Through her engagement at the World Curling Congress, Dr. Saluja also highlighted the importance of collaboration and sustained international dialogue in building a stronger ecosystem for emerging and developing sports in India.

At ProGrow International, we believe that meaningful and sustainable progress begins with strong institutions, purposeful leadership and a shared commitment to creating opportunities. We remain committed to fostering partnerships, facilitating international engagement and supporting initiatives that contribute to India’s growing presence and participation on the global sporting stage.

From representing India on international platforms to building stronger sporting ecosystems at home, the journey is one of collaboration, commitment and collective progress.
